Bottle to snifter.
Appearance: dark rugged maroon to muddy earthy brown color with a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head that slid off eloquently to leave some light lace.
Aroma: light leather, dark fruits, light nuts, grassy to earthy hops, oaky, light toast, dark breadiness and an ever so slight touch of baker's chocolate late in there
Flavor: wraps up the prior noted aromas together fantastically sweet in a dry way and leads into the aftertaste as well
Texture: medium bodied, sure is a sipper! some dryness gripping the tongue; finishes leathery, semi-nutty, and earthy sweet
Overall: I'd say a very nicely done English barleywine I'd very much love to have again.

Can to snifter.
Appearance: murky golden color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some nice messy lace.
Aroma: swift citrusy hops playing with some nice piney hops, subtle underscore of freshly cut grass and some nice clean malts
Flavor: moderately bittersweet running through the prior noted hops; quick aftertaste of piney and citrusy hop aspects
Texture: medium bodied, good sipper, some hop grip but nothing distracting; mild finish of the citrusy to piney hops
Overall: good as a DIPA I could come back to.

CBJ tasting, thanks to LKs for the can. Near clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, fairly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Papery aged malts and light dusty ripe citrus. Zombie beer

Can at home in Canaan. Picked up from Hunger Mountain. Pours clear, bright yellow-gold with a modest, foamy white head. Lightly sweet with hearty bready pale malts, hints of dough and butter, faint bitter hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. OK balance to finish, bready and simple. Drinks fine.

750mL bottled 11/10/21, drunk 8/20/22. Dark amber with raspberry hues, clear, beige head showing moderate retention. Soft, rich, stronger acetic character than the 10, with much heavier malt character, unsurprisingly. Vanilla, soft oak and lingering caramel. Soft and malty, quite rich with moderate sweetness and light-to-moderate acetic character, fairly perfectly to style. Another can't tell this isn't from Belgium Flemish oud bruin from GM. Just stunning execution. While I liked the lower gravity of the 10, this is nonetheless extremely well done.
