Draft at the source. Slightly hazy pale yellow, massive carbonation. Aroma is mild peach, apples and notes of mineral water element. Flavor is nicely effervescent, champagne yeast is kicking! The hops add a very nice mild grape essence to the cider, almost pits it back into the beer relm. Very tasty.

16 oz. can. Pale, clearer gold color. Aroma is a heart amount of ginger root, very light trace of Apple.

The body is light and crisp like most ciders are. The ginger root is the most dominant flavor with it lingering in the finish. The Apple is more of a after thought. No question if this cider has ginger, It is really hard to find the lemon when it cold but it does show at a warmer temp.

22 oz. bottle. Crystal clear gld, almost water color. Aroma is big tart Apple and light pear fruit notes.

Flavor is nicely tart with a larger sugar candy hint. The body is light and damn refreshing. And like most ciders it is clean and fresh.

clear, light pee yellow color. fizzy bubbles fade fast. Smells incredibly tart, lots of apple just intense. Well, it’s an incredibly clean cider. the finish is like total jolly rancher. this is certainly unlike any cider...tart, intense. A really amazing cider. it lacks depth though, mouthfeel is spotty but the flavor is really interesting.
