On tap at the brewery Maldon Boston .Clear bronze colour lasting white head. Bready aroma pretty good stab at a malty German land bier. Too fizzy for a zwickel though. Needs to be softer carbonated. Fine.

On tap at the brewery Maldon Boston . Hazy gold colour lasting white head . OK Helles. Some bread on aroma. Yeast is good some light lemon. Not much malt. Just enough. Some bitterness on the finish. Pretty good Helles. Bit over carbonated harsh. Decent. I liked the bready yeast lemon

Pours hazy mango into a shaker. White head with medium retention recedes to hug rim. Mango and apricot aromas. Thin with sweet papaya and mango upfront turning to peppery pith in the dry, lasting finish.

4 oz. sample at the brewery. Hazy, bright yellow, some lasing head. Aroma is citrus, soft tropical hints, bread. Flavor is a homerun! Juicy soft tropical and citrus last throughout the entire sip. Plenty of hop punch with a very low bitterness. I could not believe this was over 8%. drinks much easier. This is exactly what a NEIPA should be. Very well executed.

4 oz. sample at the brewery. Totally hazy, bright yellow. Aroma is tropical fruit, citrus, mild yeast. Flavor is like Six Seem with a Belgian yeast. Hops dominated most of the flavor profile yet, the yeast creeps in with a few esters. ABV is pretty hidden. Honestly, it is tuff to balance a Belgian yeast strain in an IPA. The brewer did a nice job at this hybrid. A pleasant surprise.

4 oz. draft at the source. Interesting single hop experiment. Lemon peel, with a danky pine, and a odd note in the center. With the oats I was expecting for a fuller/ smoother, more rounded mouthfeel. Comes off kind of thin. Ummmm something else is not completely correct. My friend Kristina also thought it was off. So it is not me being a snob or palate being off.

4 oz. sample at the brewery. Nice violet color, no head. Aroma is huge dried flowers, cranberry, and lactic acid. The flavor is exactly as the aroma and brewer describe it to be. Pretty much what the brewer intended but not really my kind of ale at all. Some folks could enjoy.

4 oz. sample at the brewery. Nice yeast presence and developed properly. Mild spicy pepper, light bubblegum, many a shade of sweet malt. Good mouthfeel. Hops carry over slightly into the flavor. I sampled Patriarch right before and perfer that much more. Still respectable.

4 oz. sample at the brewery. Pours unclear golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild yeasty, lightly fruity. Mellow subtle yeast. Mild crisp texture with mild estery tones. Crisp mellow fruity finish. Subtle sweet. Actually, very drinkable on a warm spring day.

4 oz. sample at the brewery. Aroma of bread dough, honey malt, and mild yeast. Subtle herbalness. Flavor shows me mild dough and honey backbone. No bitterness and has a light body. Very subtle and light. I prefer the style to be slightly more robust with yeast and malts. (Say Cambridge House Lager for example) But overall, nothing wrong here. The brewery labels it a Zwickel yet the description says Vienna lager. ummmmm...
