Bottle at the hotel from Die Bierothek. Opaque golden pour with a thick, foamy white head. Nose is mineral, tart and grainy. Taste is slight malt sweetness, saline notes and a tart touch. Closes with an abrupt finish, it’s got a light body and average carbo.

Thanks, mom! Hazy golden. Aroma is rough chestnut light caramel malt a bit of grandma's curtain. Taste is rather sweetish chestnut with mild bitter hops. Longer sweet caramel finish. Light rough texture. Quite ok actually.

Pours cloudy, warm blonde to amber. Medium large to large, pillowy white head, stable. Scent is intense, soapy coriander, Overpowering, overly herbal. Taste is sharp, dry, malty, very high herbal notes. Most soapy i've ever encountered coriander to be in a beer.

On tap at Rastkeller Leipzig. Unclear amberish coloured, medium sized off-white head, berries and light caramel nose. Sweetish malty, caramel light berries and mild citrusy with fruity finish. Not my type, too fruity.

On tap at Rastkeller Leipzig. Pale golden coloured, small to medium sized off-white head, fruity and mild ginger nose. Citrusy, fruity, light ginger and salt with dryish finish. Light carbonation.

On tap at Rastkeller Leipzig. Hazy orange/golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, strong banana in the nose. Wheaty, banana, cloves, moderate to strong carbonation and light spicy finish. Pleasant.

Lotteraner Leipziger Gose, Fläschchen (MHD: 15.12.23) von Katter 11, Leipzig. - Ein Rest Sommer, diese aus Leipzig mitgebrachte Gose, die seit Mai in meinem Kühlschrank stand. - Altgold, fast klar. - In der Nase auffälliger Koriander, der an Badezusätze erinnert und andere Aromen kaum aufkommen läßt. - Antrunk fein säuerlich weizenmalzig, penetrant Koriander-aromatisch und seifig zitronig. Milder rezent, vollmundig, weich. Im Abgang mehr Koriander, Zitronenschale, ein Hauch von Salz. Nach Aufrühren des Hefesatzes ein wenig runder. - Eine Gose der Extreme mit viel zuviel Koriander. Wie ein Biß in ein Stück Seife. (31.10.2023.)
