Description
At The Unknown Brewing Company we are more than just a name. A name does not mean you make good beer, and good beer does not have to have a name.

Our job is to stand out. We are the open road with no destination. We are your first kiss or your last time jumping out of an airplane, or whatever your wildest adventure is. We are The Unknown.

So if you need us to have a name, make one up. If you make one up we prefer you call us something with adventure, or America, or dragons or something epic. That would be awesome. All we know is that we are good people whose mission is to make really great beer and have fun doing it. So our call to you... Step into the Unknown

hints of white grapefruit with a bitter sweet finish,

12oz can pours a murky amber with a ring of white head. Nose has biscuit and cracker, lemon, yeast, some clear English tea. Flavor is the same, are we sure this doesn’t have tea in it? Also has lemon, light caramel, a little biscuit. Tannic finish. Drinkable.

12oz can from a small store in Moyock, pours a murky orange with some frothy, white head. Nose has dough, yeast, lemon, light soap, biscuit. Flavor is very biscuity, a little buttery, soap, lemon, dough, cracker. Crisp finish. Not an APA, more a cream ale, but an easy drinker.

Before getting into the beer itself, I love the branding. The Unknown logo is very cool, this can is a matte gun metal color and is very cool. Pours a dark orange, nearing on brown, with some foamy, white head. Nose has citrus, orange, a little blood orange, some soap, lemon tea. Flavor has lemon tea, orange, a little lemon lime soda, some caramel malts, a little dried herbs. Full bodied, bitter and lightly tannic on the finish.

Can sample @ Troy’s Bday tasting @ Stein & Vine. Thanks Jason.

4.2%. A pale blonde Shandy with a thin white head. In aroma, light lemon juice over light malt, OK. In mouth, a sweet fruity biscuit malt with grassy hops, light lemon juice, lemonade like, OK. On tap at brewery.
