Tap at Corridor. October 2022 before GVSB, Facs, Poison Arrows. Medium malt depth. Sort of hopper, drier than typical, which gives it some nice depth. Gets smoother, maltier by the end. Pretty good.

Taster #10 at Beer Under Glass. For once, a brews (and a brewer) that's already listed on RB! Just a slight haze in the glass with a thin layer of foam. A nice big smell of pine and resin, although not as big as the Rabid IPA I had just before this. There's a little more mildness and balance to it. Still a big note of resin and pine of course. Lost in all the stampede of American hazy IPAs, but this is well worth finding out for yourself.

Untappd has this as a mild...nope. English pale ale perhaps, has some pleasant malt tone. Decent Sabro tone.

Tap at the brewery. Sort of a mild west coast apa as much as an APA. Nice balance hop depth, I assume the Vic Secret fleshes it out some. Good beer.

Tap at the brewery after a year absence. Rugged full bodied beast of a dopplebock. True to style, but fleshed out even more. Boozy brown chocolate, caramel. Solid.

Growler from the brewery. Oh yeah. This is nice. Thick British malt tone, sweet and creamy. Toffee, nuts, coffee tone, as advertised. Medium bodied, quite refreshing and delicious. Faintest of hop balance, distant. Quite an excellent beer. Simple and sublime.

Growler from the brewery. Slightly hazy yellow-tan body. At 6.5% it sort has more in common with a Pale Lager. Pleasant, clean, fresh, drinkable. Bready, straightforward. Good.

Growler from the brewery. Filtered looking orange-amber body. Foamy off-white head. Clean on the palate, but rather full bodied for either a cider or a sour. Big, real apple tone, natural and enjoyable. The sweetness cuts through some of the sour tone. Comes across as more of an Apple Ale to me than a kettle sour. Unique. Good.

Growler from the brewery. Filtered orange-tan body. Thin, patchy, soapy head. Not a lot of depth, but nails it. Easy, mellow, doughy malt tones. Faint noble hops. Hyper sessionable. Somewhat crackery/pretzel like finish. Good for what it is supposed to be.

Growler from the brewery. Thick, sticky, heavy, right next door to pastry in terms of mouthfeel, sweetness. The Belgian aspect is sort of restrained, or perhaps just hidden behind the coffee. Molasses tones for sure, the cherrywood is more subdued and not immediately apparent but makes more sense the more I sip at it. A little overbearing, not as much finesse as the classic Hercules. So overall not really my favorite at first, but the growler format really got me to know the beer better. Pretty much what never happens with tiny samples. OK, unique.
