Can from The Bottle Shop Bermondsey and drunk on a train. Hazy amber colour lasting cream head. Grapefruit pine resin aroma. It’s ok actually. I like the pine resin and grapefruit old school modern ipa. Good. Ok mouthfeel and carbonation quite bitter on the finish.

Craft Islington bottle share. Thanks to Wingman for the can. Light haze on this gold beer, small white head. Fairly light and dry palate, decent carbonation. Light malts, thin sweetness. Mellow dry floralness. Very light citrus. Light dry finish. Pretty dull.

Can thanks to Dave. Shared at Craft Islington. It pours hazy golden - yellow with a medium white head. The aroma is soft, cereal, grainy, sweet, tangy apricot, peach and some sharpness. The taste is crisp, dry, a bit sugary, apricot, peach, toasty grain and cereal with a soft finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Lacks a bit of depth. Not so bad. Drinks easy.

Can shared in London / cheers. Pours lightly hazy yellow with a creamy white head. The nose has a lot of wheat, light lemon peel, hay. Light sweet flavour with some lemon peel, more hay, pale grain, dry wheat bread: light bodied with average carbonation. Decent balance in the finish, more what bread, straw. Not bad.

Pitch black color. Off white thin head. Big roasted malt, dark chocolate and dark fruit in the nose. Nice roasted malt, coffee grinds and dark chocolate. Not overly complex but for 10% it is smooth and the alcohol is well hidden. Big bitterness through out. Good roasted malt finish. A slight warming to end things let’s you know it’s 10%. Pretty decent stuff, but not overly complex
