Draft at brewery. Quite hungover but this went down ok. Clear gold pour and smaller soapy head. Nose is floral and crackery. Yates much the same some herbal notes as well.

Draught @ the taproom (September 2022). Cloudy rich orange/yellow with very small frothy off-white head that’s gone immediately, faint basement aromas, medium carbonation, mildly salty malt taste with typical Belgian yeast flavors, thin body, long finish. A good Saison though not very clear where the ginger is.

Can. Pours a hazy light yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice tropical fruits and citrus with a bit of sweet grains underlying. Flavor has papaya and mango with some sweet citrus and a bit sweet grains underlying.

Growler from the brewery. High quality growler cap maintains great carbonation even after a few weeks. Bright and estery, big yeast tones. Doesn't really have the mildness or finesse of a Grisette, drinks with all the boldness of a regular Saison. Filtration helps, keeps it drinkable. Overall sort of average.

Growler from the brewery. Filtered yellow-tan body. Foamy, patchy, white head. Bready, with a nice malt tone, almost a melanoidin or UK malt undertone. Has some hop balance, an amarillo-type dryness, perhaps a touch of centennial as well? Classical, really drinkable, tasty. More depth than the style typically has. Really good.
