Golden color, noticably sudsier layer of foam. Light malt nose. Taste is more of those large malts, with maybe a note of lemon. Dry finish and a “kiss” of hops. Lemon a little more noticeable to the end.

Quite hazy. Almost like a Belgian white. Still some foam around the top of the beer and along the edge of the glass. Passion fruit nose, maybe some papaya as well and a general bit of fruit. The first sip brings in that strawberry taste.

Darkest beer of my flight, by a very thin margin. Showing amber color of a Vienna. Nutty and caramel nose. Pretty much right to style. Caramel malt taste with another note of German hops. But not too hoppy.

Last of the flight in that tray pictured, still with a thin ring of foam around the edge. My nose is slightly wrecked from a sourdough and chipotle smashburger. But I can get a bit of lager nose, with a note of yeast still to it. The first case brings in a slightly sharper German hop note than the other lager I've had here. Actually, a pretty good finish to this selection

Just a tad more gold color than the previous two beers, a bit interesting for a pilsener style. Nice and clear. With a thin layer of foam still at the top and a ring around the edge. The smell is very light and crisp with just a little bit of malt. I'm not the expert on Italian pilsners, but this would seem to fit the bill. A lighter taste, but still heart enough to make itself known. A bit more top bitterness is spreading itself to the edges of my tongue.

Slightly hazier than the blonde ale before it. A little more even line of foam at the very top of the glass. The description mentions passion fruit and this is indeed what I get first thing in the nose. Passion fruit in the palate, plus a little bit of sour peach. A nice ring of lacy legs around the empty part of the glass. And pepper from wheat malt.

Draft at brewery. Quite hungover but this went down ok. Clear gold pour and smaller soapy head. Nose is floral and crackery. Yates much the same some herbal notes as well.

Draught @ the taproom (September 2022). Cloudy rich orange/yellow with very small frothy off-white head that’s gone immediately, faint basement aromas, medium carbonation, mildly salty malt taste with typical Belgian yeast flavors, thin body, long finish. A good Saison though not very clear where the ginger is.
