We specialize in producing distinctive all-malt lager and other German and Czech style beers. We use only the finest, most appropriate malts, hops, water and yeast in our beers. While our lagers are similar to those made in Germany and the Czech Republic, they are our own unique interpretation of the style.
Lager beers are fermented at lower temperatures than ale, using yeast that has adapted to cooler fermentations. Low temperature fermentations create fewer “yeasty” aromas, esters, and flavors that are so common in ales. We brew lagers because we enjoy their smooth malty and hoppy character.

16 oz can. Aroma is peppery, floral, grassy. Pours lightly hazy golden with a one finger cream white head with decent retention. Taste has a beautiful firm herbal bitterness backed by subtle bready malt sweetness. Crisp, clean, and refreshing.

From Good Times Oakland, canned September ? 2025.
Pours a clear gold with a 2 finger head of foam. Excellent retention and lacing.
Smell is toasted malt, some light caramel, bread, some bitter notes.
The taste is bread, grain, toasted malt, not much sweetness to it, light bitter notes in the finish.
Medium bodied with lively carbonation.
Very nice and I would drink this again.

On tap at Beer Junction. Pours clear gold with a white head. Nice hit of crisp, spicy grass on the nose. Flavour has tons of dry, spicy Saaz hops and a clean cracker malt body. Great carbonation and biting finish. Excellent

Pale gold, bright, thick head. Big pale malt, lots of hop, bitter, rich, good balance…the malt is decently rich, the body big, it’s solid czech pils.

16 ounce can from Tavour. Honey gold pour is topped by a large, rocky white head. Aromas of wheat malt banana and clove. Zesty wheat malt flavor has hints of banana and clove. Creamy mouthfeel. Fruity, yeasty and very Bavarian-like. Well done.
