We specialize in producing distinctive all-malt lager and other German and Czech style beers. We use only the finest, most appropriate malts, hops, water and yeast in our beers. While our lagers are similar to those made in Germany and the Czech Republic, they are our own unique interpretation of the style.
Lager beers are fermented at lower temperatures than ale, using yeast that has adapted to cooler fermentations. Low temperature fermentations create fewer “yeasty” aromas, esters, and flavors that are so common in ales. We brew lagers because we enjoy their smooth malty and hoppy character.

16oz can from Tavour. Clear golden pour, short lived foamy white head. Fruity, grainy aroma, hint of noble hops. Taste is malty, toasty, toffee leading up to a crisp finish, dry bitterness.

16 oz. can, pours a clear pale yellow with a medium white head. Aroma is super clean and vibrant, with plenty of spicy Saaz hops, crisp crackery malt, and some straw. Flavour is spicy, bright, and crisp, with a beautiful Saaz hop expression, crisp crackery malt, all perfectly balanced. Top-notch Czech pils.

16 ounce can from Tavour. Brassy gold pour. Frothy white head dissipates to a manageable cap. Bready malt aroma has floral notes. Flavor is bittersweet citrus, honey, bready malt. Quite robust, with an underlying bitterness throughout. Finishes dry and bitter, with notes of grassy hops and crushed black pepper.
