Description
We are a small lager brewery
We specialize in producing distinctive all-malt lager and other German and Czech style beers. We use only the finest, most appropriate malts, hops, water and yeast in our beers. While our lagers are similar to those made in Germany and the Czech Republic, they are our own unique interpretation of the style.
Lager beers are fermented at lower temperatures than ale, using yeast that has adapted to cooler fermentations. Low temperature fermentations create fewer “yeasty” aromas, esters, and flavors that are so common in ales. We brew lagers because we enjoy their smooth malty and hoppy character.

16 oz. can, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp grassy hops, straw and grainy biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp and nicely bright, with crisp grassy hops, a light spicy hoppiness, and biscuity malt to back. Nicely hopped as usual, crisp and biting. Maybe not as aggressive or bright as some of their other pilsners, but undeniably well-constructed. Very good.

Rock-It Bar, Whole Foods, Laguna Niguel. Part of a four beer flight (5 oz pours) on 10th July 2023. Bright golden body, Snow White crown. Crisp and refreshing Pils with a slightly malty leaning in both the aroma and taste. Good mouth cleanser before the big hitters it shared the flight with!

16 oz. can, pours a clear bright amber with a medium off-white head. Aroma brings out fresh bready malt, toasted nuts, and a touch of grass. Flavour is very clean and bright, with dry bready malt, some toasted nuts, light grassy hops, and a hint of herbal notes. Nearly bone dry, with just enough residual malty sweetness. As usual, Heater Allen knows what they're doing. Very tasty.
