Brouwerij de Natte Gijt is opgericht door de twee broers Rudy Nordhausen en Marc Nordhausen. Rudy is de goed op hoogte van de juiste recepten en Marc zorgt voor de verkoop en de afhandeling met klantrelaties. De brouwerij heeft geen eigen locatie, maar maakt gebruik van externe bierbrouwers.

Bottle. Almost black. Malt and loads of peat in the aroma. Malty sweet, honeyish, licorice. Caramel, whisky and hints of peat. Very low on carbon. Warming alcohol.

Bottle. Almost black. Dominant peat and ash in the aroma and flavor. Low on carbon. Malty sweetness totally in the background. Whisky, alcoholic. Wow, extreme!

Bottle. Blonde. Orange, malt and à hint of pepper in the aroma. Malty, fairly dry peppery flavor with orange. Marmelade in the finish. Prickly mouthfeel. Nice.
