Bottle, undated. Slightly hazy golden color, scant white edge head. Aroma of damp musty basement, vinous fruit. Taste is softly sour stonefruit with a lightly peppery edge, lightly tart and dry finish. A pretty good attempt on a style rarely seen in the US and in bottles.

Light straw and not a lot else. Golden pour with ok head and lacing. A little tangy and foul on finish like leftovers got bad. Can.

Super deep and hazy ruby and bronze coloured body with a very large, seven centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of hop pellets, some grass, grain and a dose of honey sweetness. Medium-bodied; Assertive astringent and deep flavours from the malt and metallic notes at first with a deep hop bite showing some grasses and herbal flavours, but relatively mundane throughout. Aftertaste shows more of a unique bitterness from the hops, but a dry malty flavour as well and almost nothing else, aside from metal or more deep, off, flavours. Overall, a decent beer at best with some hop bitterness, but too much astringency and not enough complexity to make this a good beer. Nice to try, especially in a can, but that's about it. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Total Wine in Fairfax, Virginia on 10-September-2017 for US$2,49 sampled at home in Washington on 22-September-2017.

Tap at the brewery. Can’t believe I passed this one over every other time I’ve been here as its one of their "core" beers. Pours golden with a white head. Light crisp aroma of grasses, browning leaves. Flavor is grasses, browning leaves, hint of envelope glue. This tastes a lot like an Oktoberfest to me. Quite solid.

Tap at the brewery. Pours only slightly hazy gold with a dusting of a head. Aromas of white wine - Chardonnay perhaps, a little dust, a little yeast. Flavor is very white-wine. A hint of dust and earth, yeast. Very interesting. Not sure I’ve ever had a beer quite like this. Carbonation is soft.

Tap at the brewery. Pours hazy reddish-magenta with a dusting of a head. Lovely aroma of fresh raspberry, light stem as well. Flavor is tart fresh raspberry- no sweetness to be found here. A bit of leafy green stem flavor too. Solid.
