Apricot, sour milk, and hay aroma. Cloudy pale yellow with giant head. Minimally sweet apricot, biscuit malt, moderately sour vinegar/lactic acid, and lightly bitter hay flavor. Good body.

Poured from a bottle. Aroma is very fruity with some blueberry and peach notes. Cereal malt notes and a bit mousey with a slightly odd, buttery acidic note. Faint oak notes. Pours a hazy, dull purplish, reddish, brown with a medium sized, thin, pinkish head that recedes quickly and disappears. No lacing or legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with moderate acidity. Light cereal grain notes and a slightly buttery, mousey note. Moderate blueberry and light peach notes. Hints of oak. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a decent beer but the buttery note is a bit off putting. Nice fruit and balanced acidity, but this might need some time for the buttery note to recede.

Bottle from Batch: pours light orange with a quickly dissipating head. Aroma is limey and lightly lactic. I did not get much ramen, but it is still a solid sour.

At Dai Due: pours haxy with a small head. Aroma is funky kettle sour malt. Hints of fruitiness. Taste is fairly sour. Some fruitiness but the sour is at the forefront. Good but does not go much past the sourness.

Sample at GABF 10/07/2017, thanks to my bro for assistance with note-taking. Cloudy orange-gold color with a medium off-white head that recedes gradually. Sticky strings of lace. Aroma of citrus, funky yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of herbal yeast, citrus, malt and a bit of floral hop. The finish is mildly funky and fruity with a yeast aftertaste. Decent overall.
