650ml bottle

Pours dark reddish orange with a smooth bubbly head. Aroma of ripe fruits, sweet yeastiness, malts, honey, hints of spices. Taste is sweet, ripe fruity and yeasty with some honey and hints of spices. Finish is sweet, stuffy and yeasty with loads of ripe fruits. Decent, but a bit unbalanced.

Tap at brewpub I can’t resist new Oktoberfest rates recently. Copper pour and nose of dried leaves and pale malt. Tastes of clean malts, caramel, leaves, some light piney hops. Fairly crisp. Ok example of style

Tap at brewpub I thought Belgian Pale Ale was a style for some reason. Anyways cloudy orange gold. Nose is fruity and yeasty. Tastes of banana, apricots, yeast, some clear malts, light white pepper. Fruity finish. Decent

Called a red velvet stout at brewpub. So they made with lactose sugar to simulate stoutness it kinda works the mouth does kinda remind me of such but other than that it’s a creamy dull amber ale without any piney bitterness. Just pale malt some caramel and milky sugar. Not my bag

Draft at brewpub. Yellowish Amber small head. Nose is nice tropical fruits. Tastes of citrus, papaya, malt light banana. Thin palate. Easy drinking could use a bit of bitter punch.

Frothy white head. Amber golden. Very nice malty ready nose with honey. Quit nice. Rounded malty mouth with honey fairly present, but not over bearing. Actually quit good better than I expected.

Thanks to TimE for sharing the bottle! Poured into a tulip glass with dense honey center and semi-translucent rims with sparse white foam on the rims. The nose shows sweet malts and Belgian yeasts. The palate is full bodied, syrupy, with a light foaminess. The flavors are typical Belgian yeast but very dry.
