Can from the brewery. Cloudy reddish, orange pour with a large white head. A fantastic nose, that is a perfect balance between tart lactic notes, strawberry, and vanilla. mouth feel is super satisfying, and the carb is nice and vibrant. Finish is medium tart, hints of funk, semi sweet vanilla, and strawberry compote. wicked stuff.

Can from the brewery. Cloudy yellow pour, with a large white head. Aroma is a blast of lime juice and zest, with cereals resembling pie crust. Mouth feel is soft, carb is moderate. Semi sweet key lime pie filling, pie crust, light saline, soft tartness, excellent stuff.

Can from the brewery. Cloudy red pour, with a medium pink head. Aroma is juicy, semi sweet, tangy raspberry puree, with some soft vanilla and light citrus zest. Mouth feel is silky smooth, and slightly creamy, with a lovely, complimentary carb. Finish is tart, raspberries, with a subtle briney salinity, and vanilla.

Bottle from the brewery. Dark brown pour with a large beige head. Aroma is dark berries, tart stone fruit, woody, with soft, earthy oak. Lovely carb, lively mouth feel. Tart finish, very lactic, berries, and quite a bit or earthy oak in the end. Leaning towards a fruity, tart barrel bomb, but manages to dial is back in the end.

Hazy yellow pour, with a Gigantic frothy white head.... Foamed out of the bottle numerous times. Very herbaceous aroma, mint, thyme, light basil. Sharp lemon zest, funky wet hay, funky, woody grasses, with some butter grape skins. Crisp mouth feel, very lively carb. Light tart finish, medium bitterness. Super interesting take on a lager. Like a previous rating, a fruity, infected, well made lager. Quite impressive.

Bottle from the brewery. Pours a cloudy red with a medium white head. Tart cherries right off the bat with some juicy red wine and red grape notes. Light spice, white pepper, and a bit metallic. Mouth feel is bright, and lively. Finish is quite a bit more bitter than expected, quite tart also. Big spicy notes, dank red wine, and very vinous. The barrel add earthiness to the spiciness. This is complex and all over the place, doesn't really know what it's trying to be.

Bottle from the brewery. Hazy straw colored pour, with a medium, Rocky white head. Soft tartness, lemon zest, wet hay, slightly Funky, some earthy cereals, oak, and soft smoke. Nice mouth feel, soft carb. Tart finish, soft cereals, light fruit, oak, smoke and low bitterness. Interesting take.

Bottle from the brewery. Cloudy purple pour, with a large pinkish head. Aroma is tart blueberries, light oak, lactic, cut grass. Mouth feel is crisp, carb Is lively. Finish is very tart, blueberries, raspberries and the chamomile is very present in the finish with more light oak. Nice stuff.
