Tasting at Matt's, can
Hazy pale blond colour. Nice aroma, very floral, honey, elderflowers. The flavour is more modest, the sourness is mild, some herbal and floral character.

Hazy, light golden-yellow bright colour with an off-white bubbly head, decent retention and some some dirty foamy-creamy lacing waves. Very hoppy, herbal nose from the dry-hopping. Hints of sourness in the background that do come out in the taste. Kind of vines, grape sourness. Light tart on the tongue. This is not bad at all for a nice mix of dry-hopping and sourness, tartiness.

Slightly unfiltered golden colour with a big warm creamy cap, very long lasting with some creamy lacing. Gets hazy at last pour. Belgian beer smell with spices, sweet malts, sugars and low hops. The hops are actually stronger in the taste, which makes the finish dryer, and easier to drink than regular sweet malty Belgian ales. Still, decent spiciness from the spices and some malty sweetness. A nice blend between a Belgian Ale and a milder Pale Ale.

Hazy. Thin head. Has a piney, slightly citrusy hop aroma, a touch of malt, smells big, too. This has a nice fruity note, a bit of orange juice, moderate bittterness. A really good IPA.

Pale and hazy. Just a thin head. The aroma...I'm not sure about the base sour here. It seems a bit yoghurty. On the palate, that sort of yoghurty thing works a bit better, and seems to actually help the mild plum character get over the palate a bit. Moderate acidity, mild fruit, and a bit more complexity that a lot of others of this type. So overall not bad.

Can that pours a little hazy, light-golden bright colour with a creamy-frothy warm head, good stay and some creamy-foamy lacing. Smells a little more on the grassy side, than juicy, but starting to balance itself off while breathing a bit. Seems like more Amarillo hops with the spiciness and grassiness. Milder oranges and hints of lemon. It is soft on the tongue. Juicier in taste, with the citrus notes and mild spiciness in the finish. A dryness then takes over. Gets hazier at the last pour with lots of tiny particles floating around. Not getting much tropical fruits, which should with these hops, but a softer juicy, hazy IPA. A good entry to this style.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light peaches and mineral notes. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with peaches, nectarines, light lactic and Epsom salts, very nice. On tap at KBC.

473mL can, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is mild, with mixed fermentation yeast, and a touch of tart fruit. Flavour follows similarly, with lots of mixed wild yeast and gentle tart fruit. Pleasant wild yeast character. Pretty solid.

16oz at Matt's amenity room. Appearance: slightly hazy pale golden with a weak white head. Aroma: some not very bad dry hops and slight sourness. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: meh, but at least it's not offensive.

Clear pale gold with almost no head. Tea leaf notes and cooked lemon. Soured lemon and some light teal leaf notes. Nicely tart and clean.
