a solid white head on a light straw body. The nose features fresh grapefruit pulp with other fruit notes. A lightly soured, fruity ale. Fresh grapefruit, orange and lemon notes create a well blended lead taste profile. Slightly sour and acidic. malt is understated, slightly bready and not too sweet. Very refreshing. Cuts through a warm summer thirst.

500ml bottle from the brewery on a trip there - written 2352 Bottles - made of this one. Pours a slightly unfiltered, golden colour with a fizzy warm cap, not staying too long, and no lace left. Beautiful sour nose with white wine notes. Some good sourness in the taste, but not puckering, nor sticking around too much. Again, nice wine grapes in the flavours, but milder all-around. Gets hazy at the last pour, giving a little kick in the aromas, but not in the flavours. Quite an easy-drinking Golden Sour Aged Ale for 7%, as kind of watery for that pourcentage.

My 100th Canadian beer rating. 473ml can from Duty free shop at Billy Bishop Airport in Toronto. Hazy, medium gold color. Pillowy white head. Mild citrusy aroma hints at stone fruit. Tangy malt flavor hints of sweet citrus. Notes of tangerine, apricot and lemon. Nice flavor for the low ABV. Tasty.
