On tap at Volo. Hazy yellow, big white head. Aroma is loaded with lemon zest, and some herbs especially some basil and some light pepper. Nice mouth feel, and some good carb. The finish very peppery, and grassy with alot of citrus zest, and some subtle cereals. Nice stuff.

Clean, lighter golden colour with a frothy-bubbly, white cap, good stay and leaving some foamy lacing streaks. Cereal malt aromas base with some stronger bitter, grassiness, a touch of apples and yeast. The taste shows mostly apples over the maltiness, and a touch of bitter hoppiness. Not a bad sports beer, with more hops for a lager than fans are use to.

Dark brown colour with some ruby highlights, a frothy mocha-coloured head with average stay, leaving a thin coating on the brew. Roasted barley nose with a touch of dark fruits and hints of molasses. The mouthfeel is smooth, slightly oily, but a nice building hoppy dryness does appear with time. The malted barley continues in the taste with again, a blend of that dark fruitiness, molasses, but some coffee does show up and tad cacao. The grassy-piney mild hops left, lingers. Quite a decent Stout with the roasted malt shinning the whole way, and hops that just come out at the right time.

355ml can from the brewery on a trip there. Slightly unfiltered, golden colour with a fizzy cap that disappears quickly leaving a few lacing traces. Brett-funky aromas with earthiness and sourness, blended with fruitiness and citruses. The taste shows good sour notes that lasts a while, with the sumac fruitiness. A nice sumac Saison that goes down nicely with sourness and fruitiness well balanced.

Clean, very light golden-yellow with a warm, off-white cap that stays quite a while for the style, and leaves good sticky lacing. Big cereal aromas from the malt, with a nice balance of grassy hops. The taste is milder, but still pretty decent with the cereal grains, light hops and apple notes. They must of changed something with this beer, as it pretty good for a Light Lager.

Can from the brewery pouring a clean, light golden-yellow colour with a frothy-bubbly white cap, good stay and lots of thick, soapy lacing. Beautiful, fresh spicy aromas of Pils with herbal notes coming along later. The spiciness shows up with time in the taste with hoppy herbs in the finish. Actually, quite a nice micro-Pils to enjoy at a stadium game.

Clean, golden-amber colour with a fizzy light-beige head disappearing quickly and just leaving a thin ring. Light strawberry nose with a tad funk-sourness. The sour notes really come out in the taste, but not puckering, with the mild strawberries flowing well and a touch of tart left on the tongue. Not a bad Fruit Sour that is easy to drink.

Very lightly hazed, peach-rosée colour with an off-white, frothy cap that stays longer then normal for the style, and a ring coats the brew. Sour aromas with a little fruitiness, and some medicinal hints. This continues into the taste with the sourness nicely lingering. The cherries are a little better felt in the flavours, but not overpowering. Gets hazier near the end. Not much woodiness, nor vanilla. Just an easy-drinking cherry sour that does not feel this high in alcohol.

Fairly clean golden colour with a bubbly off-white cap, average retention and leaving some foamy lace. Citrus-herbal aromas that are blending with a touch of pineapple sweetness, caramel malts and some decent tropical fruit notes. Flavours are milder with a nice blend of the citrus, tropical fruits, coconut and a lightly building dry finish. Not a bad Cryo IPA with a decent balance of citrus, tropical fruit and caramel malt base.

Clean, golden colour with an amber hue, a big frothy off-white head, good stay and some foamy lacing. Aromas are a nice blend of hoppy grassiness, cereal grain base and some decent spiciness, almost like rye. This continues a bit milder in the taste, but again - a good balanced between grassiness, maltiness and spiciness. The mouthfeel is wet with a touch of dryness in the finish, that keeps building a little. An easy-drinking Pale Ale that mixes nicely the hops, malt with a tad spicy notes.
