Hazy and dark blonde, without much head. Somewhat sticky and lowish bitterness… this doesn’t really land for me. Needs way more hop.

Opaque, thick head. Floral hop nose, mild bitterness, some citrusy notes in there. The malt is fairly big, somewhat sweet but on the hazy pale at least it’s balanced. Some grapey sort of accents.

[Vintage 2021] 500mL bottle. Pours cloudy pale gold with white head. Aroma has dry wood, acidity, leather, peach pits. Flavour has sour peach, dry wood, acetic acid, some bugs. Finishes a bit too harshly on the acidity, but still pretty good.

500mL bottle, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of barnyard funk, juicy peaches, some bugginess, and a touch of oak. Flavour has acidic, juicy peaches upfront, plenty of citrus, and a touch of bugs. Not particularly complex or refined, but the integration is fine. Decent.

500ml (thx Matt and Renny) @ Sales Force. Appearance: a bit hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: weird herbal/flowery/grassy/earthy notes coming from coffee beans. Taste: quite acidic, lots of coffee beans. Overall: meh, got me back to the Rare Barrel Sours early days.

500mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has a nice mix of bourbon, coffee, and a nice mixed culture. Flavour has a surprisingly nice blend of coffee beans, bourbon, and tart stone fruits. Nice buggy character in there that somehow blends with the coffee and barrels. Very good.
