Can from the LCBO.
Hazy yellow pour, with a large white head. Aroma is quite pungent, with stone fruit, and sweet tropical notes. The base sour, has some nice lactic notes, and makes for a tart base beer, but doesnt overpower the fruit. Mouth feel is solid, carb is a tad soft. Finish is tart, but not overly, with a well balanced pineapple, and mango nectar note.

Light citrus, light cereals. Low to medium bitter. Finish is dry, and pithy. This is very boring.

On tap at the brew house. Nice citrus Aroma, a big malt bill. Caramels and thick cereals. Candied citrus zest, subtle pine, and lots of soft undertones of citrus. A old school ipa, with a big malt bill, and lots of citrus oil trying to breakout.

well if there were points for packaging, this beer gets a resounding 10. The pour is a hazy gold, with a huge rocky head. Aroma is yeasty, bready, and fruity. more specifically, tropical fruit, peach, mango, some pear. the carbonation is solid, i thought it would be over the top, and the mouth feel is good. The barrel is hard to find, but in the finish there is a distinct aciditiy, that mingles with the medium bitterness that the pinot would empart. the are touches of wood in the finish, but its ever so slight. This is basically a tripel style begian ale, with minute touches of barrel. Not that exciting really.
