Can from the LCBO. Clear medium gold with a small white cap, fading gradually to a sheet. Nose has cucumber at the fore, with bread, mint and light yeast. Flavour is light sweet malt and cucumber. Mouth is slightly thin with average carbonation. Probably OK after mowing the lawn but not particularly interesting. 7-/3/6/3/12+

Kolsch 5% On tap at Radical Road Brewery TO. Hazy pale gold flavour. Cucumber no doubt. Difficult to tell what Base beer was. Light golden very light malt. Mostly cucumber. Not unpleasant. If you like cucumber which I do I think.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, beautiful mix of lemon pulp, light tropical fruits, grainy malt and resinous hops. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. Can from LCBO.

Can - Nice. Right Yuzu notes, pale clear yellow gold with a decent white head. Light Yuzu, pale malts and a light finish. I wish the intensity translated to the taste.

Pours a hazy golden colour from the can, with an orange hue. Off-white fluffy head, good stay and some thick foam lace. Loads of citrus in the nose with grapefruits, limes and oranges. All the juices with their peel as well. Hints of lemongrass. The taste is quite dry, so not as juicy, but hoppier. Still, lots of citruses, and mostly the zest. Could almost pass as an IPA, and definitely feels like a micro brew. Good job!
