Tap at the brewery, 8th July 18. Pours a chestnut beer, and clear. Aroma is caramel, bitter fruit. Taste is bitter, caramel, burnt sugar. It's clean, refreshing, reminds me of Germany, really good. What a great place.

A deep dark lager with a thick frothy lacing brown head. In aroma, nice dark chocolate malt with smooth coffee, light caramel, light mocha, nice and rich. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with smooth coffee, light vanilla, dark fruits, plums, light licorice, pleasant and rich. On tap at Godspeed.

A lightly hazed golden ipa with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light citrus, pleasant tea notes, like a iced tea, nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with light perfumy notes, light grassy hops, light mineral notes, nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

A hazed golden saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with peppery notes, light grassy hops , light mineral notes, light citrus, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, loads of citrus, light black pepper, nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

Can, 355 ml, via Peter Killam - CANBIF April 2018 (big thanks for that one!), savoured on June 22 2018; eye: black, opaque, minuscule ring of brown head, no lacing; nose: coffee, acidity, light chocolate, vanilla; mouth: coffee, acidity, lactic, chocolate, vanilla, light alcohol, finale in coffee with presence of chocolate, full body, average carbonation, mildly bitter, lightly sweet, silky, oily and slightly harsh texture; overall: quite likable
