Can shared by Davido, cheers! A cloudy gold with an earthy aroma that had some meaty notes (autolysis?) but the taste wass nice and crisp with prominent daidai citrus and some saison phenolic funk. Least favorite of the 3 I tried, mostly due to the odd aroma which no one else seemed to pick up on.

Can shared by Davido, cheers! Ruby brown with a smoky chocolate aroma. Medium to full bodied with a great smoked chocolate flavor. Nailed it: This was the unanimous favorite of the three cans tried in Kyoto.

Can shared by Davido, cheers! Clear amber-orange with a crisp nutty bitter aroma complimented by some earthy malts. Light bodied, dry and crisp. The taste is bitter and nutty. I'm digging this Fall beer.

Can from the brewery. 5.5%. Lightly smoky nose, rich chocolate, ham. Cloudy black. Light, smoky chocolate flavor is very nice. rich but delicate. Prickly hop finish. I could drink a lot of this, which is something I rarely feel about a black beer.

Can from the brewery. Brady nose, nutty, light carmel and slightly metallic. rich malty flavor, impressively nutty, light hop, spicy, nicely hopped finish. slightly heavy body. Enjoyable stuff.

Can from the brewery. Funky saison yeast, spice, sulphur, daidai. Pale gold, hazy, almost flat. Citrus flavor, bready malt, yeasty spice. Light and crisp.
