Godspeed Gacha
Czech Lafer with Hibiscus
Salmon pink in color with a pinkish tinge to the foam. The aroma is mild sweet slightly fruity hibiscus while the taste is somewhat metallic. I don’t think the hibiscus held up well, shame.
Medium bodied and smooth lager though.

Spice takes over, loads of cinnamon, cardmom, and nutmeg, and they really pull away from the roast, and coffee notes. Would prefer it dialed back a bit. Medium to high bitterness, finish is all spice with subtle coffee and roast in the end.

Can from the brewery. Black pour, medium brown head. Solid, dark, deep roasted coffee, with some cocoa, and soy. Silky, oily mouth feel with a soft carb. Big intense coffee fijish, dark roast, almost burnt, light vanilla, and more bitter cocoa.

Can from the brewery. Clear golden pour, large white head. Aroma is grassy, noble Hops, fantastic cereals. Lovely mouth feel.and carb. Fantastic lager, medium bitter, great Hops, crisp and clean.

Bottle from the brewery. Hazy amber, large off white head. Aroma is fruity, and funky. Bretty stone fruit notes with some caramel cereals and grassy goldings. Thin mouth feel, soft carb, low bitterness.

Bottle from the brewery. Hazy brown pour, with reddish hues. No head due to it bekf a still beer. Aroma is dark candied fruit, brown sugar, maple, sherry. Very much a maple barley wine. Incredibly sweet, but not in a way that make it undrinkabke. Alcohol is well hidden, a nice late night sipper.

Bottle from the brewery.. Hazy amber, with a tiny, white Rocky head. Aroma is funky, apple skins, dark cherry, apple cider vinegar. Finish is very earthy, and funky with a strong musty, Funky fruity flavour.
