Huge malts, smoky, light peat, with some resinous hops. Toasty, nitty, roasty. Coffee, toffee, smoke, amazing cereals. Jusr amazing stuff.

Herbaceous lemon zest, with some saline notes. Earthy, but still bright, and light. Crisp mouth feel, lively carb. Light tartness, low bitterness.

Can from the brewery.
Clear golden pour, with a medium, lacy, rocky white head. Aroma is crusty bread, slightly sweet cereals, and some grassy noble hops. Mouth feel is spot on, carb is perfect. Finish is grassy, and bright. Medium bitterness, crisp, and clean, fantastic stuff.

Can from the brewery. Hazy yellow, large white head. Crisp, clean, classic cereals, and floral grassy hops, with some minerals. Bright, and grassy, an amazing everyday quaff.

Can from the brewery. Hazy yellow pour, with a large white head. Aroma is grassy, slightly spicy, nice citrus notes. Lively mouth feel, good carb, low bitterness, subtle tartness, and bright yuzu, and spice.

Can from the brewery. Jet black pour with a small mocha head. Sweet black strap molasses aroma, dark plum, burnt sugar, light smoke, semi sweet soy. Mouth feel is light, but not watery. Leather, a little ashy, medium bitterness. Light oak, light vanilla, hints of dark roast, and vinous notes. Extremely complex beer, very interesting.

Can from the brewery. Hazy straw/orange pour, with a medium off white head. Aroma is a fantastic balance between resinous pine notes and floral lemon, and citrus oils. Mouth feel is spot on, with a great carb. Finish is medium bitter with a soft malt bill and more citrus oils. Incredibly drinkable, great stuff.

Can from the brewery. Jet black pour, with a small brown head. Intense roast in the aroma, burnt sugars, soy, dark fruit, and woody, earthy barrel. Mouth feel is light for the style with an oiliness, and a soft carb. Medium bitterness, semi sweet roast, great barrel notes and dark charred coffee. Excellent stuff.

Can from the brewery, bronze pour, with a small off white head. Aroma is big, and earthy, full of wet hay, and malted grains. Perfect mouth feel, soft carb. Finish is medium bitter, grassy, and earthy, loads of cereals, and light floral hops.

On tap at Spacecraft in Sudbury Ontario. Dark brown pour, with a small beige head. Aroma is sticky, thick resinous hops, with a big caramel, and toffee malt backbone. Mouth feel is full, carb is well balanced. Finish is slightly fruity, sweet candied pine resins, light fruit, big notes of caramel and toffee. Reminds me of old school barley wines. I'm assuming the low ratings were from an infected batch, this was really quite nice.
