Can from the brewery. Cloudy yellow pour, with a large white head. Aroma is grassy, bright, nice lemon, big, rich, earthy smoke. Mouth feel is light, and lively, with a strong carb. Smoky, light woody finish, low bitterness, grass in the end, hints of spice.

Tap at Volo in Toronto. Black pour, with a large light brown head. Aroma is big notes of smoke, bacon, even some sausage. light soy, solid roast, but burnt campfire is also very prominent. Mouth feel and carb are solid. low bitterness, smoky, and savoury, with a woody, roasty finish with hints of cocoa. nice stuff.

Tap at the source. Dark brown, yet clear pour, with a large off white head. The aroma is nutty, slightly yeast, and lots of cereals. Mouth feel is crisp, and fantastic, the finish is a perfect balance of grassy hops and malty cereals.. Slightly nutty, grassy, dry, crisp and so clean.. Outstanding example of the style.

Tap at the source. Clear copper pour, with a big, pillowy white head. Beautiful, lacing and very Rocky. Aroma is very like hop forward with a nice cereal malt base. This is old school dipa minus the cereal sweetness, really nice. Mouth feel is light, carb is effervescent. The finish is medium to highly bitter with a dry, crisp, clean, resinous hop kick. Hint of citrus but. It's mostly old school pine, and resins. This lives up to the description of a double ups without the fuss. Go Bim!

Can from the brewery. Pours a hazy amber, with a medium off white head. Aroma is resinous, with an earthy grass, and obvious green tea. mouth feel is lively, and bright, carb is nice. Finish is medium bitter, earthy finish, with lots of grass and a soft resinous pine.

Tap at the source. Clear orange pour, with a medium white head. Aroma is herbal, a grassy lime, and strong yuzu zest. It has a gin, botanical quality also. Mouth feel is fantastic with a beautiful carb. The finish is low to medium bitter with a soft, herbal, citrus finish with some light cereals. Incredibly clean and crisp, endlesslt sessionable. Outstanding.

On tap at craft in Toronto. Dark copper pour, with a lrage fluffy white head. Aroma is soft grains, sweet grains, light, bright grasses with hints of tea. Mouth feel is perfect, carb is spot on. Finish is light to medium bitter, with a spectacular grainy, cereals finish with lots of grassy noble hops. Wow. Best lager I've had in a long while.

From tap at Avenue Pub, New Orleans. Aroma is roasty with coffee, dark malt, mocha, chocolate, espresso, and cocoa. Bitter and pretty mildly sweet flavour. Body is medium. Tasty coffee and roasted chocolate malt, fine!

5oz pour at Stillwell. Pours very murky gold with a white head. Straw and fresh grass on the nose. Flavour has strained grass, herbal notes. Decent enough, but not great.
