473mL can, pours jet black with a small brown head. Aroma has a wonderful coffee character upfront, accentuated by subtle bourbon barrels, and gentle dark sugars. Flavour is quite hot and more abrasive than the nose suggests, with lots of booze, light-to-moderate coffee, and subdued bourbon barrels. Quite boozy and lacking integration, which is surprising given how nice the aroma is. It's decent, but a bit messy.

16oz (thx, Brian C.!) shared with Phill @ Matt's new place. Appearance: brown with a beige head. Aroma: coffee accompanied with green peppers, some sweetness. Taste: along the same lines, quite sweet and thick, there's is some complexity provided by barrel aging, probably, without evident enough presence of the oak traces. Overall: good one.
