Single from 604 a couple months ago, $3.99. Just been chilling in my fridge ignored till now. Canned 11.20.24

Pint glass at home. Pale amber pour. Filtered. Big whitewashed head. Sticky lace.
Smell is industrial alcohol, soap, citrus, brown sugar.
Soft floral apple, too much maple syrup, slickly sweet, twinge of saltiness, lingering vanilla rum.
Low carb, medium acidy, thin & runny with sugar, lingering booziness.

Nope. Like a New England adjuct cider without any of the body or strength. Drain pour.

Very pretty pink light red clear wine color. No head. Mild sweet apple peel nose. First taste is also mild apple peel and maybe some black grape peels as well. Quite dry. Much better than those sweet domestic stupid woodchuck style ciders you typically find around here. Yes, this one is more like the real thing, from France I'd say. I bet they use a type of champagne yeast too, but who knows? Reminds me of the epernay I used when I made a few batches. I'm sipping this from a sniffer and its quite pleasant. I'd rate this right up there with my other rose ciders. Enjoyable and not too sweet, I could drink a few of these with ease. Good job there shacks.

Can pours yellow pale color, quick white head fades to nothing. Nose is a gin whisky laced mixed drink. First taste is sweet tart apple cider fer sher. Reminds me of those Sweetarts candy I used to buy as a kid. Good level of co2. I do detect some gin whisky aspects in there, mildly. Curious if it adds anything to the ABV or if its just for effect. Goes down fairly easy in the middle. No real ill character but the flavor of the juniper gin towards the end is readily apparent. Quite unique, yet well balanced, the adjuncts are not in yer face. Not bad, better than expected.

Green can for $1.50; pour looks like apple cider with perhaps a lemonade tinge to it. Weird fruit nose, some ginger and almost off-putting and farmy. First taste is certainly a little bit of chalk in there with ginger. Some sort of plastic sensations coming thru. Different, perhaps some warming sensation in the belly. In the middle, getting a a tad of citrus in there. Good level of carbonation. In the end, overall something quite unique, not like most ginger ciders I've had in the past.

Taste is tangy, tart, appley, alittle funk, and gin, herbal, musky, citrus notes, with some light acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry citric finish. Quite drinkable.

Taste is tart, tangy, acetic hint, apple, some skin and core, caramel, with drying citric acidity. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry tart sour finish. Quite drinkable.

From a $2 can. Perfectly clear pale. Large carbonation bubbles and no head. Nice clean apple cider nose with a mild bouquet of vinegar. First taste is quite pleasing, its rather dry. I like this dryness for a change since so many domestic ciders are sugar bombs. Good level of carbonation too. Easy fundamental fermented apple flavor with no side effects. Everything seems positive about this brew. Maybe a tad of tartness but not what the nose would indicate. Probably one of the better made real domestic ciders I've had in a while. Reminds me of ciders of the france. Yes, maybe it could be a little dryer, but hey this stuff is pretty darn good. I'm not worried about any unfermented sugars here. Even keel middle. Cannot detect any turn turtle or over balance in the finish. Ends with a twist of apple peel.
