[33cl can from Beer52.] A glossy inky black pour with just a trace of translucent head; rich blackcurrant aroma with traces of coffee and chocolate; quite watery in the mouth with an immediate savoury smoky taste, then some blackcurrant emerges; the finish is long with more currants and some earthy malts. A smooth and elegant stout, but needing a bit more life in it.

[33cl can from Beer52.] A straw coloured pour with a slight haze and a thick white head; fresh lemony aroma; sharp citrus taste, lemon and grapefruit, and a creamy body; then a pithy bitterness to finish. Refreshing.

C: murky white grape with a slight orange tint
N: sweet, sweet white wine, fortified white wine, port, sherry, honey
P: flat, very honeyed, dominant sweet white wine, tokaji wine, not punchy, on the contrary a little dull. More sweet vinous than beery. Belgian spicyness or yeast not present.

33 cl can. Pitch black with a medium-sized lightly tanned head. Fruity aroma with citrus, dark malts, toasted bread, herbal hoppy notes. The taste is roasted bitter. Medium body. Drying roasted bitter finish. Nice BIPA action.

This quickly followed the previous beer and it wasn't as good. Lots of richness and I just craved a few more hops.

330ml can from Beer52. Pours clear gold with decent white head and good retention. Aroma of papaya, mango and big floral notes. Taste again is floral with some herbal and tropical edge, Light to medium bodied, drying. A bit average but nice enough.
