Sampled on draft at 99 Bottles this beer poured a dark brown color with a small foamy white head that faded quickly but left decent lacing. The aroma was tart and sour cherries. The flavor was bitter, tart and dry with vinegar, sour cherry, wood and leather. Long finish. Medium body but undercarbonated. Ok.

Bottle - Sweet Berry notes, juice like and soured malts. Cloudy dark gold with a decent white head. Hit of tart Berry then some, dirty earthy notes and very carbonated.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a dark orange-brown color with an enormous fluffy orange-beige head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was tart, fruity and citric with notes of red wine and wild funk. The flavor was tart, chalky, Pez, citrus, perfume and wild funk. Long finish. Medium body. Ok.

Bottle - Soured malts, light cherry and wood with a touch of balsamic. Cloudy dark copper brown. Soured malts and dark muddy notes. A bit over carbonated but still pretty decent.

Bottle - Plum, chocolate and sweet barrel notes. Dirty brown with no head. Raisin, plum, light cocoa and some bready notes on the finish. This is pretty nice and quite complex.

Sampled on draft at Hou Thou this beer poured a hazy caramel color with a large creamy orange-white head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was tart, citric, a hint funky and had a fairly strong lemon-lime soda presence. The flavor was tart yet sweet with strong lemon-lime soda and a hint of vinegar. Long finish. Alcohol well contained. Medium body. Nice.

Cloudy vanilla yellah. Slight tart aroma makes my mouth water. Taste is tart & fun from the start. However, you’d think there was more alky in there than 4%! Has a tad of a processed feel about it but make no mistake, it is not disappointing as a tart beer. Pretty good overall and I was glad to have had the chance to get this. In the end I detect a l detect some farm funk in there. NICE!

Bottle, slight gusher on opening. pours very hazy golden, very large white puffy head, dissipates slowly, nice lacing. Aroma is dusty, Brett, oak. Flavor is very light sweet, light funk, Bretty, oak, mineral water, pepper, dust. Light body, high carbonation. Enjoyable.

Sampled on draft at Hou Thou this beer poured a red-brown color with a medium sized foamy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was tangy, sweet, sugar, plum and red wine. The flavor was tart, sour, a touch vinegary, soy sauce, plum and red wine. Long sour vinegar and plum finish. Medium body. Ok.

Bottle thanks to Beerman6686. Pours dark brown tan head. Nose/taste of fig, cinnamon, orange peel, clove, ginger and caramel - spicy clove and ginger are more upfront. Medium body.
