Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta opalescente. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente rossiccio. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è discreto. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è lunga. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, cereali, pane tostato, agrumi e frutta passita.

La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il colore è come l'inchiostro nero. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, cioccolato fondente, caffè e liquirizia.

Aroma of sour fruits, citrus, lime. Flavour is moderate to medium sour. Light and watery perhaps, but very crisp and refreshing. Gets the job done.

Aroma of citrus, sour lemon, light funk, vegetable notes. Flavour is moderate sour with a dry light bitter finish. A bit thinnish. Nice refreshing sour lemon beer.

Bottle at home. Aroma is tart raspberries, sour red fruits, light malt, hint of rye. Flavour is light sweet and medium sour. Body is light to medium. A bit onedimensional, but certainly tasty and refreshing with a strong tart raspberry aroma.

Bottle at home. Aroma is wheaty, sour fruits, grapes, lemon, funky yeast, horse blanket, slightly sulphuric and a bit salty? Flavour is nicely puckering sour. Body is light to medium. Drinks more like a Gose than a Saison. Either way, this is an enjoyable funky wheaty sour ale.

Bottle at home. Aroma is citrus, some lemon, hay, fresh hops, light malt biscuit, some tropical fruity notes. Flavour is medium bitter. Body is light to medium. A nice easy thirst quencher with a good citrus hoppy character.

From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Aroma is tart berries, sour red fruits, malt, some vinegar, touch of wood. Flavour is nicely sour. Body is light. Looks like a Flanders Red but it’s less malty, which to me is good thing. Lovely Sour Ale.

From tap at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016. Aroma is sour fruits, grapes, oak, vinous, berries. Flavour is nicely puckering sour with a little bitterness in the finish. Body is medium. Lovely refreshing sour flavour!
