Sample at Billie's Craft Beer Fest, Antwerp 2024-11-08. Black with notes of roasted malt, roasted coconut, vanilla and soap. Very sweet, light to medium bitter and faint acidic. Finish is rich in coconut.

Draught No head left; fully opaque orangey yellow beer. Fruitmash of yellow fruit, passion fruit, quite melon-like, hint at yellow kiwi. Again fruitmash in the mouth, with a quite sourish edge - all fruitacids it would seem. Passion fruit, mango,orange etc. Fruitfilled - mash again - very light acidthinning, pappery, medium carbonation. Nice chewy fruitdrink.

Draught No head over red-brown rimmed beer. Pure cold coffee, ground coffee, and a hint at capsicum. Again peppery coffee, capsicum, even chilli. Green half-dried chillies with a dash of sugar. Warming, full bodied, low carbonation. There's more and better in the coffee RIS segment.

Draught Textbook tan-red lace over fully opaque black beer. Dry nutty, chocolate and rum notes, I rumbonen /I , wood, pralines. Dry if sweet but with a chocolatey sour edge, as from a fruity ganache. Obviously well-bodied. Alcoholheat, viscous. A punch-in-the-face, but with some fine acidic lining.

Tap at Billies. Black. Massive tar, coffee, deep roasted notes, licorice, sugary. Quite sweet but also bitter. Thick full bodied.
