Panda courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Purplish tinged red-orange colour, pink foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, blueberry, flowery. Taste is tangy, tart, blueberry, apple, floral, sappy, with some drying acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tartish finish. Quite drinkable

Can thanks to MicroGrog: Poured a maroon clear with a bubble head. Aroma is blueberry and apple. Taste is apple, bit tart, blueberry, dry finish.

Slender 375ml from Appalachian. 8.5% pint glass @home. Pale gold, dull, some carb. Sticky honey, strong rosewater, sugary but very subtle. Slick, soft toffee, mellow orange honey has some very delicate orange possibly. I don't get anything of the added orange rind. Kinda oxidized. Bit too sweet & boring.

Four pack of tall boys from Appalachian. This place is toast. Another covid casualty(or maybe they were just very meh?). Stemless wine glass @home. Gray & ominous outside. Stay in & drink. Clear, bright, dark yellow gold. Heady, hollow pour. Smells of honey, bitter apples, baby powder, hot fermentables & minerally sparkling wine. Quite strong first impression. Sharp, moderately tart but very bitter & green apples. Soapy/flower-y. Clean sugar sweetness, white wine, lemon, high acid, very boozy. Texture is pretty thin, but can be sticky. Carbonation is forced/harsh & cleansing. Already said it was boozy for the middling abv. Not mind blowing, but way better than expected. Tasted like an actual cider & not a FlatRock alcopop. There was potential here. Cheers.

On tap @Tree Rock. Goblet. Red/magenta/brown color, petri dish of head sticking to the top. Smell is very waxy, soil, strong florals, plastic, not the best blend. Damp, caramelized, very earthy mix of soot, & blueberries. Faint browned apples, finish is all tart blueberries & caramel. Off-dry, close, some sweetness. Parching finish is a big plus. Okay to good.

@ the cidery. This mead is dry, thin, and herbal. Grass and straw. Light honey. At first I thought this was too watery but it grew on me. You could actually drink a pint of this.

@ the cidery. The nelson hops are immediately noticeable in the nose and I love it! Grapefruit, pineapple, maybe even a bit of resin. A touch bitter. Tons of pineapple and ganja. Love it.

@ the cidery. Aroma is full of ginger, soap, and floral notes. Somewhat tart with tons of ginger. I’m not a huge ginger fan but this is pretty good.
