Thanks Pero N. for sharing with us! Misty yellow body with a small white head. Bready, sweetish yeasty backbone, with fresh herbal spicy, hoppy and slightly citric notes in the aroma. Grainy, light herbal taste, nice and fresh, perfumey herbal-fruity notes. Vaguely dry bitter herbal, piney finish. This is pretty great, I have to say. Great job Borderline!

On tap somewhere in Trieste-Italy. Pours hazy dark golden color, white big foam. Nose: passion fruit, citric and resinous. Fresh. Mouth: medium-soft carbonation, sweet lime, a bit of a crispy note, clean and so easy to drink. A very good beer.

Appena aperta la bottiglia arrivano sentori di frumento, poi dal bicchiere anche quelli di luppolo. L’intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è discreta. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco, con bollicine prima medie e quindi fini. Il perlage ha bollicine poche e fini, con carbonazione quasi piatta ma persistente. La consistenza del liquido è nebbiosa. Il colore è marrone chiaro. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce medio e l’amaro medio non si surclassano. L’intensità gustativa è normale e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono luppolate e di facile beva. Il finale è amarognolo, pulito e asciutto. Il retrogusto è intenso. L’aroma in bocca rimanda a caramello, miele, resina, mela verde, agrumi, sentori floreali e terrosi.

Il gusto al naso rimanda ad una prospettiva floreale, bacche rosse, vaniglia e scorza d’arancia. L’intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è discreta. Il cappello di schiuma beige a bollicine medie e bassa carbonazione ha il ricordo finale di un pizzo sul vetro. La sottostante frizzantezza ha bollicine fini. Il colore è marrone scuro. Il corpo è strutturato. L’amaro è medio, con una allusione di umami. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono lunghe. Il finale è felpato, lungo e pulito. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca i sentori sono di caramello, caffè, resina, frutta secca, agrumi, etilico, alcol presente.
