Can at CBJ Tasting. Aroma has sweet sugary stone fruit with a sour edge. Medium sour with a citrus and herbal streak. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. [Failed to mention appearance.]

Color amarillo natillas, espuma blanca de burbuja fina y media retención. Aroma con notas de fruta tropical, hierba fresca, citricos y un ligero toque de resina. En boca entra suave y afrutada, notas de fruta de hueso, citricos, papaya, guayaba...el trago es fácil y pico carbonatado, fondo dulce, ligero amargor. Una cerveza rica con un beber agradable, aunque le echo en falta un poco más de "punch" en la textura.

Can shared at the craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks to Colin. Aroma is semi sweet, white grape, melon powdery sugars,Elon.. Lovely, juicy. Lychee, peach, nectarine, salty. Niv.
