Bottle pour at The Dabney, pours a pale, tepid orange, no head. Smells like a bourbon cocktail, apples, oranges, Manhattan. Booze and sweetness on the flavor, caramel, apple pie, spice. Tart on the finish. Funky too. 7 3 7 4 14

50cl bottle pours a crystal clear, pale gold with no head. Nose has apples, green apple skins, a touch of sulfur. Flavor has apples, some sulfur, green apple skins. Dry and tart. 6 2 6 2 10

Bottle: Clear, yellow gold with a small white ring. Smoky, peppery apple scent. Taste is sweet, and a little smoky.....very dry.... Really Good.

500 ml bottle at the late December DC RB Tasting. Poured a very pale yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was very light crisp apples. Some light sweetness to it. Flavor had a little bit of apple, light semi-sweet finish. Really nice.

Bottle split at Level 6, thanks to Leighton, 31/10/18. Clear reddish pour with a decent off white cap. Nose is tangy red berries, faint apple skins, straw, mellow barrel notes. Taste comprises apple and blackcurrant squash, bourbon tinged oak, straw, apple pie. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok.

500 ml bottle in a trade with Jstax, thanks Jeremy. No bottling date visible. Color is Rose with no head. Aroma is tart cherry, oak, mild apples. Flavor shows light apple, subtle cherry, with a mild bourbon heat in the finish. Oak character after the sip.

Bomber from AFH. Pours a faint red, very clear pour. Aromatic, good tart aroma with cherry, raspberry, bittersweet apple. Very thin body, almost no carbonation, odd, I do get like a middle to finish of whiskey burn, vanilla and oak. it sort of subtracts from the good apple flavors.

Bottle shared at the Columbus tasting 31/10/2018. Many thanks! A clear dull red berry coloured pour with a halo of off white head. Aroma is buttery, bourbon, berry notes, cherry sweets, vanilla. Flavour is composed of light grains, vanilla, elberberry, spicy bourbon, plum, jammy fruit. . Palate is light tangy, moderate carboantion. Nice.
