Pink color, hazy, with small pinkish head. Delicate fruity aroma, wood. Dry mouthfeel, smooth, with sour apple flavor, and a cherry touch; moderate acidity.

Sample at Saddle Rock in Wenatchee, WA. This Cider is a crystal clear golden color with minimal lacing and some sticky legs on the side of the glass. Aroma of spiced apples and earth. Medium body with flavors of tart apple, citrus and sweet spices. The finish is fresh apples and spices. Good all around.

Bottle thanks to AmEricanbrew. Pours with a really pale golden color with no head but signs of carbonation. Aromas are dry with pear, sulfur, light vinegar and florals. Flavor is quite sweet (for a dry cider), sulfur, caramel, dry apples and florals. Medium bubbles. Ends up finishing on the dry side.
