On tap at Capitol Cider, pours a clear blonde, no head. Aroma brings our crisp apple skins, champagne-like effervescence, and some wild yeast. Flavour is lightly sweet, with red apple skins, subdued sweetness, and subtle champagne notes. Complex and well-integrated. Good stuff.

On tap at Capitol Cider, pours - clear golden copper with a small white head. Aroma is dry, with very dry caramel, red apple skins, and oxidized toffee. Flavour is bone dry, with fermented out toffee, red apples, and some oxidation. The apple expression isn't that great, and there's little complexity to it. It's fine.

750 from Press online for their Fall cider club. Clear, pale, Lipton tea color; fizzy head. Cooked pie apples, oak, semi-sweet honey iced tea. Macerated, oaky apples plus vapid desert apples, black tea, toasted sugar cookie/cooked down taste, long skin finish, minerally, malic-pedestrian acid, clean. Strong, fuzzy carbonation, easy abv. Easy quaff. Pricer than I'd like.

Draft part of flight at Armsby Abbey. Pinkish colored cider. Nos sis sweet desert apples. Tastes of juicy red apples, malt vinegar, some strawberry. Some sweetness.

500 ml. Aroma is apples, vanilla, wood. Pours clear pale golden with no head. Taste is moderately sweet, moderately tart, with flavors like the aroma, along with a soapy note. Has a lingering apple core flavor. One of the better ciders I’ve had.

Dark red colour. Very nice aroma, stewed apples, berries, jam, touch of spice. Tart and sweet mouthfeel, berries, some hibiscus, touch of cinnamon. If this one is really only from apples, it's crazy.
