750ml at Sales Force. Appearance: clear red ish, amazing considering it is coming just from apples. Aroma: sweet apples, like a kompot. Taste: along the same lines, quite dry and sour, with some sweetness. Overall: good one.

750mL bottle, pours a clear reddish pink with a tiny head. Aroma brings out red berries, red apples, and a bit of alcohol. Flavour is moderately sweet, with sweet and sour red berries, red apples, and a hint of wild character. Nice higher gravity to this, with lots of red apple and red berry depth. Very good.

Clear bottle from the wine store right next to the Chambers A/C stop. Totally irrelevant because that's where I get off to get my Chick-fil-A fix... Baby Duvel glass. Clear, bold, maroon & orange sort of color. Cooked strawberries. Cherry-apple boxed juice. Maceration. Leaves. White Zinfandel. Taste is sweeter then expected. Sweet & sour with a lot of malic & a bit of vinegar. Yeasty finish. More thick then thin. Pretty, but not very good. Terrible price.

On tap at Wassail in the LES. Fancy goblet(or is it a really fat champagne glasses?). Clear, pale, golden, sheen-y body. Smell is less then subtle bourbon, along with a fruity melon essence. Bourbon, maybe a little boozy, tart apples, melon wierdly. Softer then I would have expected. Medium tartness, less then moderate acid. Creamy. A little slick, mellow alcohol, soft all around. Better then okay, but lacking something. One of the better barrel aged ciders I've had.
