750mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a very small white head. Nose brings out dry pears and light champagne yeast. Flavour is medium sweet, with lots of sweet pears, light acidity. Simplistic, but tasty enough. Don't get the higher ABV. Solid.

Sort of a dullish yellow colour. No head. There's a fairly deep pear nose, little bit spicy and it smells like a lot of residual sugar. Earthy up front, then sweet sugars, like pear, a bit of tart acidity in the finish. Very much structured like a cider. Mellow, drinkable, and tasty.

Bottle pour at Wassail prior to VT cider tasting. Snowdrift really needs to update their website to include lastest offerings. Clean looking lighter pour. Nose is light pears, vanilla, all spice. tastes of pears, celery root, honey dew, light spicing, forest floor. not particularly sweet. quite good

7oz pour at Anxo comes a crazy, star bright ruby red, no head, faint legs. Does not look like a cider. Nose is interesting, apples - sure, but red pears, some light beery, some red grape. Flavor is interesting, apples, some hibiscus, a little rose petal, mild berry. The finish is incredible, silky, lightly tannic, dry, crisp. You could drink a ton of this.

7oz pour at Anxo, pours a dark gold with no head and light legs. Nose is nice, apples, apple juice, a little riesling, some mild spice. Flavor follows, apples and apple sauce, mild spice, a touch of toffee, a little butter. Missed the oak. Finishes lightly tannic and dry.

Pours a pale yellow-straw, big crisp pear aroma, not syrupy smelling. Flavor is a very dry pear, with some initial bark bitterness. Crisp and astringent. Good perry.

Bottle pour at ANXO as Snowdrift Seckel Perry. Pours clear straw, no head or lacing. Aroma is pears and white wine, light funk, hints of acetone. Flavor is light sweet, loads of funk. Light plus body, some ABV heat. I like the funkiness.

Tart, apple, light sweet notes, a bit of syrupy body. Lingering drying finish. Very enjoyable.
