Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Dark brown, small head. Burnt chocolatey nose. Medium sweet with lots of chocolate and clean mouthfeel. Dark chocolate flavour leads to a cocoa bitter finish. One dimensional perhaps, but really good.

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Cloudy yellow, small head. Citric lemony nose. Light bodied with clean mouthfeel and notes of vegetables. Save for the vegetables it’s an easy going refreshing beer.

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Hazy golden, firm head. Aroma of hay and peach. Medium sweet with clean mouthfeel. Oily with buttery peach flavour. Medium bitterness. A good somewhat unusual pilsener.

Piss yellow with a turd-like chile floating in it. This could be a glass of beer, or it could be a toilet bowl. I mean, I’ve seen beers that look like shit before but this is going too far. Smells like grains and jalapeno...raw, vinegary, vile. Taste is pretty much as I remember Cave Creek. All hot, all vinegary, vegetal jalapeno. No balance and tastes like ass. Poor concept, poor execution.

Bottle courtesy of CBA: Poured a deep slightly cloudy amber color vienna with a good size head with great retention. Aroma of malt with a weird hint of peat/smoke and some light hops. Taste is a mix between some peat malt and some lightly sweet malt. Overall taste was drier then expected and that smoke/peat taste was going from gods knows where since I am sure there is no smoke malt in there. Overall, this was a weird experience but still rewarding and definitely not what I was expecting.

Slightly hazy amber. Caramel, diacetyl and some hints of English hops in the nose. Sweet, bland taste with more of the same. Boring english hops in the finish, a little muddy yeastiness, and too much diacetyl for my liking.

Slightly hazy amber. Really toasty, woody hop nose with light caramel malts. Flavour is also big on the caramel, with a light bitterness and woody hop notes. Good balance.

A dark golden orange foofering with a thin white head. Sweet hoppy aroma, with caramlel notes, raisins and vinous in character. In mouth, alcohol is in your your face, with lingering hops, and licorice notes. Rich and sooth in mouth. Very nice offering from Rudge. Enjoyed with Capflu on Feb. 18, 2006. Merci Todd!

This is a great beer that Todd brought back, Golden orange ale with no head. Smooth alcohol with light hops and orange notes, honey. and light floral hops. Smooth vinous ale with good hops, treacle, and intense alcohol vapours. Rich bodied, viscous and good. God, Rudge, you are the man! Merci toddy! Enjoyed with Capflu on Feb. 18, 2006.

Slightly hazy gold ale with a sweet corn syrup aroma. Nice biscuitty taste, fresh. Like a good english pale ale, with a rather mild hops and nice milkey notes. Good bodied. Decent stuff.
