Description
GREAT BEER FOR EVERYBODY
Whether you’re an exacting aficionado of obscure flavors, styles and techniques or
someone who simply savors a couple cold ones with friends, there’s no perfect prescription
for how to enjoy great beer. There is, however, a reason to insist on precise standards and
exceptional quality.
At Yee-Haw, we like to think we bridge this gap between tradition and innovation
pretty well. For us, it’s simple. We take pride in what we do and focus on the flavor.
This means creating our own riffs on classic, tried-and-true, internationally beloved
beer styles—keeping it in the ballpark of the greats—while making room for our own
exceptional home-runs.

12 oz. can from Kroger in Brentwood, TN. Pours a clear deep gold color with a large off white head and great retention. Lots of spotty lacing. Soft pine hops aroma, much fainter than I expected. Flavors of light caramel malt with a short bitter finish. The 6.7% ABV is somewhat hidden and the 75 IBUs are somewhat hidden too. Bitter, but not as bad as I anticipated. Tick.

Draft at Yee-Haw Brewing / Olde Smoky Distillery in Nashville, TN. Classic clear gold color with a small white head. Clean, smooth and sweet with a little lemon flavor and only minor bitterness in the finish. Low carbonation and easy drinking. More lager-like than a true classic pilsner. Very good.

Draft at Yee-Haw Brewing / Olde Smoky Distillery in Nashville, TN. Clear dark mahogany color with a beige head. Strong cinnamon aroma. The flavor follows the nose. Very cinnamon dominant flavor. It's about 90% cinnamon and 10% brown ale. Dessert beer sweetness, but not cloying. Sugary sticky mouthfeel. Not an every day drinker, but I really like it.

Draft at Yee-Haw Brewing / Olde Smoky Distillery in Nashville, TN. Semi-clear yellow color with a small white head. As expected, the melon flavor is very subtle but so is the wheat base beer. Light body. Lightly sweet. Smooth and clean. A little watery. Very tasty.

12 oz. can from Total Wine - Greenville, SC. Pours a mostly clear light gold color with a bright white head and good retention. Spots of lacing. Smells like a pilsner. The taste follows the nose. Bright pilsner-like flavor, but with low bitterness and just a hint of yeast. Clean and crisp mouthfeel. Very smooth and refreshing. Another winner from Yee-Haw.
