Whether you’re an exacting aficionado of obscure flavors, styles and techniques or
someone who simply savors a couple cold ones with friends, there’s no perfect prescription
for how to enjoy great beer. There is, however, a reason to insist on precise standards and
exceptional quality.
At Yee-Haw, we like to think we bridge this gap between tradition and innovation
pretty well. For us, it’s simple. We take pride in what we do and focus on the flavor.
This means creating our own riffs on classic, tried-and-true, internationally beloved
beer styles—keeping it in the ballpark of the greats—while making room for our own
exceptional home-runs.

Solid dunkel, especially since I’m not a lager guy. Roasted, deep malt front fades into hints of caramel and cookie, yet a modest herbal hopping keeps the sweetness at bay. Not too carbonated, thick and smooth, yet refrains from growing cloy as it warms.

Bottle. Clear deep copper with a white head. Light sweet malt aroma. The flavor is light sweet caramel malt. Seems to lack some of that nutty/toasty/maltiness that comes from Vienna and Munich malts. Need just a touch more hop bitterness t cut some of the sweetness.
