Description
GREAT BEER FOR EVERYBODY

Whether you’re an exacting aficionado of obscure flavors, styles and techniques or
someone who simply savors a couple cold ones with friends, there’s no perfect prescription
for how to enjoy great beer. There is, however, a reason to insist on precise standards and
exceptional quality.

At Yee-Haw, we like to think we bridge this gap between tradition and innovation
pretty well. For us, it’s simple. We take pride in what we do and focus on the flavor.
This means creating our own riffs on classic, tried-and-true, internationally beloved
beer styles—keeping it in the ballpark of the greats—while making room for our own
exceptional home-runs.

Nicely done blackberry sour, strong tart berry notes offset by a deep, grainy wheat base. Citrus sourness adds complexity, while a slight sweetness forms on the back end, leading to a yeasty, bright fade. Good pink pour, nice texture. Very drinkable.

Bottle from IGA, Cookeville, Tennessee. Brown with a thin head. Has inoffensive dark malts, although nothing too tasty. Its nose provides some better character.

Perfectly acceptable pils, grainy and floral with a mild herbaceous hop backbone. Toasty malts balance out the grassy pale front, and the finish is sufficiently bitter. Good texture nice looks.

Not bad, just not all that maibock-ish, since the honey kinda takes away from the general dry malt character that makes a maibock unique. Instead it comes off as a sweet lager, heavy honey-caramel meeting a floral, appreciably bitter back end. Grows a bit thick as it warms, and the honey dominates throughout. Beautiful pour, though. Bottle. Clear, deep coppery gold body with a white head. Aroma of honey malt and light hops. The flavor is well balanced, light toast malt and enough hop bitterness.

Bottle. Clear dark yellow with a tall, dense, white head. Aroma of grapefruit and lemon, a bit of pineapple. This starts with a pineapple sweetness that quickly becomes bitter. Lots of fruity hop flavors here. A bi, bright juicy IIPA.
