From a shared can. Weird stuff. Dry for a mead, hops in the aroma and the flavor, which also has lightlyu sweet honey and some flowers.

355 ml can. Pours a pale gold with a moderate head that settles quickly. Aromas of honey, apples, sugary grapes, and a bit of forest floor. Flavors of very dry honey, apples and bittering hops. Bitter acrid finish Aromas great; flavors not so great.

355ml can. Pours a crystal clear salmon colour with a thin, fizzy, short lived, white head that fully dissipates. Sweet aroma of honey, red apple, yeast and red wine. Sweet fruity flavour of honey, tart raspberry, red apple and red wine in a crisp, dry finish. Light to medium body with a sticky texture and lively carbonation. Refreshing and not too sweet.

750ml corked bottle. Pours a clear amber red with a thin, fizzy, short lived, white head that fully dissipated. Semi-sweet aroma of honey, saskatoon berry, red wine and floral. Semi-sweet flavour of saskatoon berry, honey, floral and tart crab apple in a dry, boozy red wine finish. Full body with a syrupy texture and flat carbonation. Not bad, but a bit too much heat for me.

Poured from 355mL can @ VCBW. Hazy white with minimal white head. Honey, ginger, not a ton of depth, but enjoyable.

355 ml can. Pours like lime juice. Aromas of honey lime and mint. Flavors follow same with emphasis on honey; mint is subtle. Quite nice.

355ml can. Pours a hazy dirty water colour with a thin, fizzy, short lived, white head that fully dissipates. Sweet aroma of ginger and lemon. Sweet flavour of honey, lemon and ginger in a sweet finish. Light body with an oily texture and lively carbonation. Refreshing, but a little too sweet for me. Kind of like a lemonade cooler.

On tap at Sea Change, pours a hazy clear colour with a tiny head. Nose is seltzery, with plenty of carbonated water, honeysuckle and some spiciness. Flavour is medium sweet, with honeysuckle, gentle spiciness and seltzery notes. For a session mead, this is pretty impressive. Surprisingly nice.
