Description
Unity Brewing Co was founded in 2016 by Jimmy Hatherley, after seven years in the industry and a passion for yeast-driven beers - from soft and juicy New England IPAs to the rustic, crisp and refreshing farmhouse ales of Belgium.

Our brewing methods focus on elevating humble ingredients to create something greater than the sum of its parts. Always unfiltered, unfined and unpasteurised, our beers are natural, flavourful and vegan friendly.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Clapton Craft. Pours clear gold with a foamy, white head. Moderately sweet, rich and malty, some caramel, ripening citrus, gooey pine, melon. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation resinous finish, lightly toasted malts, touches of toffee, orange rind. Solid, old-school stuff.

Can bought at the Co-op outside Southampton Central. Aroma is sweet and creamy with a stone fruit core. Hazy pale orange. Foamy white head. Medium-heavy bitter. Bitter fruit. Juicy citrus streak. Woody spicy finish. Damn fruity and punchy actually. Light-medium bodied. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Good stuff.

Keg at Hampshire Oktoberfest. Aroma had sweet stone fruit and a hazy porridge streak. Hazy dull brown amber. Thin foamy white head. Light sweet with a light sour edge and a porridge streak. Fruity. Light-medium bodied. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry finish. Hmmm. Billed as a Wheat Ale bur more like some sorta NEIPA for me.
