Bottle shared. Slight hazy dark golden to light amber with beige head. Light pine, herbs, caramel, light grapefruit peel, soapy, breadcrust, lots of sage. Medium sweet, bitter and bodied. Not a typical IPA but it’s not too bad for a beer from Noord Hollandse.

On tap at Stadsbrouwhuis. Amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of malts, caramel, spices like cardamom, gale, light hoppy. Flavour is likewise, quite herbal, bitter but not particularly hoppy. Light to medium bodied.
