SAMPLE 150 ML at a tasting. Chocolate glazed marshmallow, cocoa powder, chocolate truffles. Similar taste - big sweetness, marshmallow, creme brulee and loads of cocoa powder, which provides a mild bitterness that blend with a very light hops. Sweet and candy-ish, but enjoyable if you’re ready for a desert.

Sampled at Dominion Wine, pours a clear orange with some frothy, white head. Nose has orange and tangerine, some flowers, a little biscuity. Flavor follows right along, citrus, orange, tangerine, biscuit, light cracker too, mild resin. Finishes a little sticky but mostly dry. Very well done.
