Golden yellow with a nice head. Smells slightly sweet. Taste is what threw me- this is a fantastic pils! Without a doubt, one of the best I have had (I’m not a huge fan of the style). Highly recommended for macro drinkers, because this is close enough, yet SO much better.

An "experimental brew" according to their menu, this beer is "carbonated in the cask with bourbon-soaked cherries," and is served at "cellar temperature." Anyway, the sight is gorgeous. Deep brown, with specks of spice lingering about. Small head. Smell is very appealing as well: roasted nuts, cherries, and other lingering aromas make this complex. Flavor is very much like their other nut brown. Two complaints: this beer would definitely benefit from being slightly chilled. I don’t think this was quite "cellar temperature," but more room-temperature, as it was nearly warm. Other complaint is the lack of carbonation... felt like drinking beer that had sat out all day and lost a lot of its punch. I hope they keep experimenting with it- this one has the potential to be outstanding.

This brown is served on nitro tap. Very luscious looking, with the frothing, flowing bubbly head that settles atop a deep brown brew very nicely. Smells rich, full of coffee and roasted nuts. Flavor is deep: heavily roasted coffee, deep bitter tanginess. This beer is full of life.

Appearance is nice: very soft looking head that sits on top of a light golden cloudy brew. Aroma is weak, but citrusy- not exactly like mose of the witbiers I’ve smelled, but not completely unlike it. Taste is a bit thin and average. It’s thirst quenching, but nothing overly special.

Appearance is black as night, beautiful, with a nice, frothy head. Poured from a nitro tap. Smells like ordinary porter, very little smokiness in there. Taste is very porterlike, without any hints of smoke. Very disappointed with it being called "smoked," yet a good beer altogether.

Medium copper, small head. Smells and tastes malty and rich- smoked and burned, with not a bad flavor, and actually above average, but nothing extraordinary.

Amber with a decent head. Smells just like those damn, wonderful cascade hops, mixed in with various floral decor. Taste is tart, bitter, and floral. A nice brew. Actually listed as an American Pale Ale, which is the true style of this beer.
